Pre-owned mag, but has never been read or removed from bag. We've marked this as used because it has been sitting on a bookshelf since it was first received, it is Still in Factory Plastic Bag but the BAG may have signs of wear, sticker residue from address label, scratches on plastic bag/tears/holes and openings.
