This is a beautiful vase by Carlton ware of which there are few around. Beautiful colours. When I get out my magnifying glass, which I do for most vintage or old items. I can see the colours on the birds wing. They are white, yellow, green, blue and black. I can tell you that each tear drop shape or blob making up the feathers and bringing the colours together, they are mostly unscathed and all pain still intact. Some of the white bits have bits of paint chipped a bit (the paint not the vase itself) But mostly they are incredibly intact.

Going around the vase I see flowers made up of white, orange, yellow, green, pink and again bits of white have scathed bits. In all honesty and in other circumstances this wouldn't be worth the mention. With a vase of this age and brand the fact that it still exists in this condition is quite extraordinary.

Postage will be efficient and this vase will be wrapped like Tutankhamun :) I find this absolutely necessary due to the behaviour of some of the delivery people and the behaviours I have witnessed in the past and heard about :(
