Description: Softcover. Quarto, unpaginated [24pp]., illustrated by Andre Derain. This copy with an applied label on the front wrap for Editions de la Galerie Simon--a famous art gallery with strength in cubist pieces--which presumably purchased a number of copies for distribution. A very good copy, with some uneven offsetting and foxing to the wraps, but the interior fresh, bright, and partly unopened. The page block is beginning to pull from the wraps, with, but remains attached, and the interior contents are fine. This is number 13 of 100 limited copies on Arches paper SIGNED by Derain on the limitation page (another four copies were on Japan paper). In a neatly folded partly clear tissue cover, with some small chips, which may or may not be original, but is certainly contemporary. Uncommon. Very good.
