Condition:
Gently used. No tears, snags, or scents. Read to wear....hand-washed in organic detergent, safe for babies.
Fabric, colors, design, and comments:
Probably nylon. Completely sheer. Black elasticized waistband. The dark blue is basically navy, but has a royal blue cast. From the waist it flares out to a very wide sweep. Floor length.
Measurements:
Waist (unstretched/stretched): 13" across (26" around); stretched: 16.5" across (33" across)
Length: 36.5"
Sweep circumference: 240" or about 20'

USPS 1st class offers no tracking, but the customs number serves as tracing, but only for your area...once it leaves the USA port it cannot be tracked here. If you'd like it shipped 1st class please write and tell me you'll accept responsibility for any loss.
