This is an original company cover(i don't know if it is the one that came on it when purchased new)  in very good condition. No seam splits. Bends at corners. Over all very nice.  

The record is in very good condition. . Has a tiny nick on the outer edge on one side. You can see in the picture I took of it. Does not interfere with song at all.
