All our orders are dispatched to you using overnight national couriers so we can get your goods to you in a safe and timely manner. Depending on the size & value of your parcel and where you are located, will depend if it gets sent by either DPD, FedEx, Palletline or Royal Mail. When we dispatch your order, you will receive an email from eBay with your tracking number.

If your order is shipped with DPD, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information and a 1-hour delivery slot of when your parcel will be with you. FedEx and Royal Mail do not currently give any live tracking information other than what day it will be delivered. For pallet tracking on larger items, please contact us via the ebay messaging system.

Warranty

All products purchased from dealbuyer are covered by 12 months parts and labour warranty (unless otherwise stated). Any hardware faults that occur with goods in this warranty period will be repaired free of charge by our technicians. If a repair is not viable, we will replace the faulty item with a working equivalent model. If we are unable to repair or replace your item, a full refund will be issued to you. Items with physical damage, including liquid damage, are not covered by this warranty.

Returns

We understand that sometimes you may want to return the items you’ve bought from us, and that’s fine! If you have changed your mind and want to get it back to us for a full refund then we ask you to notify us by email within 14 days from receipt of goods and return the item back to us in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of receipt of your goods. In this instance, we cannot refund any shipping costs that may have been charged, only the cost of the actual item.

Please inform us via the eBay messaging system using the ‘Contact Seller’ link and wait for our response before sending it back to us. If you return an item without authorisation from us, it may be refused. Items returned after 30 days under the 12 month Return To Base policy will the customers responsibility to return them.
