If you receive any defective item(s) on arrival, please kindly contact us within 60 days after receiving. Our customer service representative will guide you the returning procedure for replacement. A brand new replacement unit(s) will be sent to you at our shipping cost.
If you just don't need the item anymore, pls start the return process on ebay, (view your purchase history / more action / return the item / I don’t need it anymore). After we received the returned item, if the item condition is good, we will then make a refund to you.
