This is a Dominica Mint Block of 6 of the small black Half Penny stamps! These are part of a rare group of 1882 provisional overprint issues. This block of 6 is said to be the largest multiple around! It comes with an RPSL Certificate of authenticity. These are SG 12 and Scott 11, and are valued at L420+++ in the SG Catalog.
