This is an Orange Free State Due Cover, featuring the ORC 1d, SG 113.  It was sent from Heilbron, ORC to Hendon via Bloemfontein on March 15, 1902.  What makes this one interesting is that it shows censor handstamps and dues markings with 2D.  A lovely cover for any OFS/OCR collection.
