This is a lovely stamp from Cameroon during British Occupation.  This is SG B3e, the 1d on 10 PF.  This one is in Mint with Full Original Gum and in F/VF condition.  It also has an overprint in black and a large dot after the d in 1d, which is rare.  It is valued at L12++ in the SG catalog.
