It is unbranded, but could be Hale or Gunn or Viking or Lundstrom ???

It is stamped: GU (or GO?) IMT WAL on the underside (see photos).
Outside measurements are 34" x 12" front to back x 3 " high
Inside measurement is about 10" front to back.

It is old and antique so there are signs of wear and age as can be expected.
