l Each guitar is individually handcrafted. There is a 30-35 working day build period for the custom guitar

l When items are stored in the United States, we will use UPS or Fedex to arrive at their destination in 1-2 weeks. For international transportation, we send them via EMS or UPS and it will take about 2-5 weeks to arrive.(All have tracking numbers)

l We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. For rare incidents of abnormal situations that occur in our products or transportation, we will be happy to cooperate with you to find a fair solution.

Our pricing does not include customs duties. About the duties, Please consult your local customs before purchasing our products. 

How to Make a Return?

- If you feel you may just need a part (dial, strings, tuner, etc).   We can send you that part to fix the problem.

- If you need to make a return due to a broken or defective product simply open a return item case on eBay to start the process.

- Keep the defective product exactly as it arrived , including packaging.   Do not remove any parts or write on the instrument

- Please Re-pack item exactly as it was packaged whether it be single or double boxed.  Kindly avoid using Duct Tape

- Please use a package carrier that allows you to insure and track their packages.   Such as: FedEX - UPS - USPS.
