Description:
1. With the MIDI adapter board, your for Arduino board or other microcontroller can access the powerful MIDI communication protocol.
2. The MIDI protocol has many similarities to asynchronous serial interfaces, so users can send MIDI event messages using the microcontroller UART pins.
3. The MIDI adapter board provides MIDI-IN and MIDI-OUT connections as well as a MIDI THRU port.
4. The MIDI-OUT port is lightly IN-isolated to prevent ground loop.
5. The MIDI adapter board can be mounted directly like the shield on top of the for Arduino board: connect MIDI-IN / THRU to the RX pin of the for Arduino hardware, and MIDI-OUT to TX. it for Arduino data and analog pins, power buses and buses can be transferred out.
6. The RUN / PGM switch allows the user to program the serial port of the for Arduino board without removing the board. Note: The 3-hole MIDI connectors are not soldered on the MIDI adapter board, but these connectors are included with this product.
