(To hook to OEM AC adapter/Charger or computer)3 Batteries 1 in box, 1 in camera, one in plastic wrap. 1 4GB SD HC Transcend memory card. 

Note: Batteries were charged but, no guarantee on condition or how long the charge will last. 2 of them are dated 2010.           One is a replacement battery, and it does not have a date code.
