New but shows some signs of rough storage and handling. Some scuffs on the ghosts front and back but can likely be cleaned with magic eraser if you so choose - otherwise I think it adds to theme of frame. Has a glass plate for the photo. Please check photos. Kohls wanted $19.99 for it back in 2019 according to stickers on the back.
