Description
This is a superb vintage Royal Copenhagen figurine depicting a Faun riding a tortoise.
It is in wonderful condition with no chips, cracks or crazing and fully marked for Royal Copenhagen 1st quality.
This impressive figure was designed by Christian Thomsen and produced between 1975 and 1979 (- below D in Denmark). It measures about 4 inches (10cm) high.
It is fully marked to the base with 3 blue wavy lines for Royal Copenhagen 1st quality.
