Meist zeigt der Künstler idyllische Ansichten von kleinen Ortschaften mit Höfen und Kirchturmsilhouette, in hügelige natürliche Landschaften gebettet.   • Description: From a folder of watercolours, drawings and studies by Gerhard Sauer with nature and landscape views of different seasons from the southern German region of Baden-Württemberg: near Tiefenbach, Hartfeld, Schönmünz, Leimiß. Mostly the artist shows idyllic views of small villages with farms and church tower silhouettes, embedded in hilly natural landscapes. The dramatic events of the forties do not appear in Sauer's work. Please note our other offers.

  • Condition: Very good condition. The sheet has discoloured minimally due to its age. The colours are bright and make a fresh impression.
