Sterling Silver Vermeil 925 Cocktail Dome Cluster Ring Size 8.5-10 Adjustable
Not marked, but tested positive as sterling silver
Slight wear to the gold vermeil, mainly on the back. One ruby on the side looks slightly cracked (see photo #6).
I do not know what the stones are but look like they could be unpolished/raw ruby, emeralds, and sapphires.
