Comes with everything you see.  It looks pretty complete and the previous owner took some care in keeping everything together.  There are parts in plastic bags for safekeeping.  Check out the video of the electric motor running and switching gears.  The speaker still has shrink wrap and has the original Erector screwdriver.  Many cool parts that look like they weren't played with.  Comes with the instruction book and I could only find instructions for a few amusement rides.  I'm not sure if the book is original to this set or not, but it does match the decal on the outside.  This set has been stored away for many years and does have a "storage smell" to it.  Some parts appear unused and new, but may have oxidation from storage.  There are parts that do look played with.  The red plastic cone does have a crack in it and the record is warped and almost cracked in at least a couple of areas.  It still a great set to add to the collection or to take parts from to complete one that is dear to you!
