The packaging is in bad shape, see pictures. 

Hulk himself is in very good condition. Would make for a nice display (but out of package). 

NOTE: this 'WAS' a bendable and pliable toy. Not anymore. He is still slightly squishy but mostly stiff. I would not try to pull him apart less you want to tear him to pieces.
