This is an AllParts ONE-PIECE maple neck with black dots. It has the early precision style headstock that was also used on the telecaster bass of the 70's. The feel of these necks is superior as is the construction and look. Maple is known for its superior tonal qualities and playability.
The truss rod works well and easily adjusts for the relief that you need for great action. It is located at the heel like the traditional necks. Really great feel!
