Description

This YAMAHA SA-50 is believed to have been made in the 1970s.
Although thin-bodied, the full-acoustic construction eliminates the center block, and the laminated maple body gives it a sound that combines the quick response of a solid guitar with the light sound of an acoustic.
The maple neck/rosewood fingerboard neck gives it a tight, well-defined, contoured sound that works well with modern overdrive sounds.
The controls are volume, tone, and balancer, and the mix of the front pickups can be adjusted at the center position.
