Description:
Manual-focus Vivitar Series 1 VMC 70-210mm f/2.8-4 one-touch zoom lens with macro feature (1:2.5x magnification), in Nikon AI-S mount. This is the unique Qdos version of the lens, a technology that allows you to take 3D pictures. (Note: the lens has a normal mode and a Qdos mode.)
Excellent working condition. The glass optics are clean, with no scratches, marks, dust, haze or fungus. Aperture blades are snappy and free of oil. Focus and aperture rings operate smoothly. Cosmetically the lens looks almost like new with minimal signs of use – please see photos for details. There are, however, a couple specs of dust behind the rear element (see photo #3).
The lens was TESTED to the best of my abilities right before this listing went up, both in normal mode and in Qdos mode. Everything worked, no issues. The testing was performed using a Nikon D700 camera. All digital images showed great, and the 3D images looked tridimensional when viewed with the genuine vivitar Qdos glasses included in this listing. Lens and glasses are sold as is.
