DESCRIPTION

Limited edition of Eboracum: Or, The History and Antiquities of the City of York by Francis Drake in the original publisher's cloth binding and unclipped dust wrapper. 

A facsimile edition from the original printing in 1736. Limited to three hundred and fifty copies. 

A lovely and extensive topographical history of York by the well renowned English explorer and privateer. 

Densely illustrated with one hundred and fifteen plates, many of which are folding, including maps. Collated, complete. 


CONDITION

In the original publisher's cloth binding and unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, excellent. There is some very slight wear to the extremities of the dust wrapper, with some small creases. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are very bright and clean.
