Dilute with water!
Castile soap is 2-3x more concentrated than regular liquid soaps, body washes and cleansers. Best if diluted with water. Check out our favorite DIY recipes for inspiration:
Body Wash & Hand Soap - mix 1/2 cup castile soap with 1/2 cup purified water. Add 10 drops of essential oil of choice.
Shampoo - mix 2 tbsp castile soap with 1 cup purified water. Follow with an acidic rinse to restore the pH. For a homemade hair rinse, mix 1 part lemon juice or apple cider vinegar to 8 parts purified water.
Mild Baby Wash - mix 1 part castile soap with 4 parts purified water. Make sure to keep the soap mixture away from baby's eyes!
Hand-Washing Dishes - when washing dishes in the sink, add a squirt to hot running water.
Fruit & Veggie Wash - add 1/4 tsp of castile soap into a sink or a large bowl filled with water.
Mopping - mix 2 tbsp of castile soap and 1 gallon of hot water in a bucket.
Shaving - rub a little bit of castile soap between wet hands to create a luscious lather that's perfect for shaving! Use it on your face, underarms or legs.
Pet Shampoo - mix 1 part castile soap with 1 part purified water. Massage into your pet's fur. Keep the soap out of your pets eyes, and keep water out of their ears.
Aqua (purified water), organic cocos nucifera (coconut) oil, potassium hydroxide, organic olea europaea (olive) oil, organic ricinus communis (castor) seed oil, organic argania spinosa (argan) kernel oil, organic simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil, organic cannabis sativa (hemp) seed oil, organic vegetable glycerin.
For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. If irritation, redness or discomfort occurs, discontinue use.
