Sehr frühe Meissen Teekanne, um 1750, Osier-Form mit
Korbgeflecht auf Deckelrand und um Öffnung der
Kanne, sowie geschwungene Stege, Ausguss und
Handhabe mit Astrelief, Bauch der Kanne vorder- und
rückseitig mit großen Blumenarrangements bemalt,
dazwischen und auf Deckel Streublumenmalerei,
Goldrand, plastisch ausgeformte Blütenknospe als Deckelknauf mit
Silberkettchen und Montur zur Befestigung an der
hochgezogenen Handhabe, sowie Montur um
Ausgussöffnung.

ROCOCO TEA POT
Very early Meissen teapot, circa 1750, Osier form with basket weave on
the rim of the lid and around the opening of the teapot, as well as
curved bars, spout and handle with knotted relief, belly of the teapot
painted on the front and back with large floral arrangements, scattered
flower painting in between and on the lid, gold rim, plastically moulded flower
bud as lid knob with silver chain and mount for attachment to the raised
handle, as well as mount around the spout opening.
