15mm drill :Locator thickness（23mm） + half the thickness of the plate（10mm） +Eccentric bottom thickness（5mm）=38mm
8mm drill:Locator Thickness(26mm) + 3/4 Dowel Length(30mm)=56mm
10mm drill:Locator Thickness(26mm) + Particle Thickness(11mm)=37mm

(b) Install the clamping plate of the tool on the eccentric hole punching plate, then fix the tool on the B plate, punch the rubber particle hole and dowel hole. When the two sides of the board are not well aligned, insert the 8mm round wood dowel into the middle hole of the A board, align the two ends of the A board and the B board, the wood dowels aligned with the 8mm slot, finish punching.
