How we measure the bracelet? We use a soft tape and measure the inner circle of bracelet.

What size you should pick? With a measuring tape go around your wrist (where you wear watch), leave at least 0-1/4" from your actual wrist size or 0.5" to make it loose. After 0.5" will consider too big.

Item will be shipped by international first class mail. If you choose priority mail, it will be faster with tracking information. International first class mail can only be track before the package is out of the country. Once the package arrive to destination will show arrived.
