Customers are responsible for making sure the part purchased is correct for their car. We always advise customers to contact us to check compatibility before purchasing if you are unsure. 
We are always happy to help with your order so please do not hesitate to contact us. Customers in UK and Europe can contact us with chassis(VIN) number of their car for better compatibility check on eBay is not 100% accurate for some makes such as Audi , BMW , Ford , Land Rover , Vauxhall / Opel , Seat , Skoda , VW and Toyota.
Returns & Replacements

Items Damaged in Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 2  days of receipt of the goods. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. We will send you an e-mail with the instructions on the return procedure when you contact us as this may vary depending on the service used and individual cases. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.

Items Faulty on Arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, you must inform us of the fault as soon as possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.  You will be responsible for the goods until they reach us.

If you return goods to us which are faulty or you have received by mistake or any other reason which is to be our fault, we will refund payments made by you including the original postage.
Refunds will be completed within reasonable period of time but no more than 30 days of us receiving the goods back in the condition in which they were originally supplied by us.

Wrongly Ordered Items or Change of Mind

You must inform us that you are returning the item providing the part has not been fitted and is still in its original packaging. You have 30 days to return your order from the date you have received. We will check the returned goods and make sure they are in resalable brand new condition.  We will only refund original value of the goods less the postage for returned goods that are fully functional. If the packaging is damaged or parcel tape is used on the original box the part was in, we have the right to refuse the returned part.

Shipping
Orders placed before 4.00pm (GMT) providing the stock is available at our main warehouse will be shipped on the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Estimated delivery time for shipping services starts from the dispatch date and relates to working days i.e. Monday to Friday.
For example an order placed on a Friday for UK next working day delivery will be delivered on Monday. Royal mail and Couriers do not collect or deliver on Bank Holidays.
Warranty

The warranty period between the Buyer and the Seller is strictly 1 Year , whichever is sooner from the date of order dispatch, regardless of any warranty replacements. A replacement part does not extend the warranty period. We accept liability only for items which are proved faulty by reason of our negligence. Such liability is limited to the price paid for the item and does not include any consequential loss.
