Kuryakyn Nova Side Mount License Plate Frame Black fits Breakout, Fat Bob/Boy...

This item is an open box customer return. It has some minor markings and light scratches, very minimal. When it was returned the bolts/hardware was missing. I have gone out and found replacement hardware for it. The hardware I found has philips heads instead of hex but they are the correct size. I would use Loctite when installing.
