Terms and conditions

Any incorrectly purchased item returned will have our shipping costs

deducted from the original price. Items will be dispatched as soon 

as payment confirmation is received.   

Important Note

*We committed our self for customer satisfaction. If you are

not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please give us a

chance to make things right before leaving feedback.

*In case if there is any damage to the parcel when postman

attempts to deliver your parcel, please refuse the delivery. If the product

is damaged with no damage to the outer packing, please report it to

us within the 24 to 48 hours after delivery.

*In case of missed delivery where customer failed to collect or

 rearrange delivery of a parcel there will be a deduction of

 £3.50 from order value.

Same Day Dispatch on Monday to Friday orders before 1PM. 

Premium postage available 

For orders and payments complete by 1pm we endeavor to dispatch same day.

Return Policy 

Return will be accepted if the item in its original packing, unopened and unused. 

Our original shipping cost will be deducted from any wrong purchased items 

or not faulty item. Buyer is responsible for return postage charge.
