Franklin Mint - Beaujard The First Ascent Balloon Flight  - Etched in Sterling silver on copper, inlaid with 24 karat gold.  Limited edition by Le Medaillier Franklin only during the bicentenary year of man's first hot air balloon flight.  In medium brown wood frame with matting and no glass on top.  Matting has lots of wear from storage.  Etching has a mark in the upper right corner.  Unsure what it is or if it can be removed.  Certificate of Authenticity from Franklin is glued on the back.  Hanging hardware is on and ready to use.  Review photos carefully for all details, including measurements and let me know if you need additional info.
