Fabric feels like polyester but could actually also be wool
Bust measures 18 inches pit to pit lying flat (no stretch)
Fabric is fairly thick so if in doubt you want to be a little smaller than the numbers
waist measures 17 inches across
waistband/hem is 19 inches across
length is 25 inches
