LC100A is based on the principle of LC resonance and can measure1pF-100mF capacitance and 1uH-100H inductance, capacitance resolution up to 0.01pF, inductor up to resolution 0.001uH. The instrument is especially suitable for microwave production and measurement of switching power supply transformers, filter inductors, etc.; and it has flexible online calibration to maintain measurement accuracy; instrument does not use any potentiometer adjustment, calibration parameters are completely stored in the microcontroller's FLASH, power loss will not be lost, compared to other potentiometer calibration method to be accurate and convenient. |
