Recently, many new motherboards have been added to the market. The default is gen3, so the graphics card cannot be recognized or exclamation mark appears! For these new motherboards, we found that we need to set the relevant settings in the BIOS, set the speed of pcie16x in the BIOS to Gen2, GEN1, and recommend Gen2, then it can be used normally. Note: the three in one model (009C and 008s) does not have a power cord because the 16x adapter card has three kinds of power interfaces and no additional power cord is needed.

When inserting into the 16x slot, it must not be inserted reversely. If it is inserted reversely, it will burn the gold finger. Because there is no power supply on the PCI-E board, the gold finger must be inserted reversely. It belongs to its own reason, and it will not be returned or refunded.

When inserting the cable, be sure to know the direction clearly, and do not insert the cable reversely or out of position, so as to prevent the equipment from burning down. When inserting the cable, first hold the socket of the equipment, and then insert the cable, so as to avoid cutting off the socket pin with too much force.
