UK shipping is by Royal Mail and Parcel Force.

International shipping is by eBay's Global Shipping only. There will be charges for Customs, Tax or VAT, as well as the shipping cost, these are all raised by the Global Shipping Service.

Items damaged in the shipping journey:- Please take photos of all outer packing, all inner packing and items damaged. If possible with a ruler or tape in the photos. Photos need to be close up and very clear before we can make a decision. We only refund on return of damaged items. We do not give part refunds. We pursue the claim with the shipper, but we refund you in full upon return of the items, before our claim is settled. 

Global Shipping Program Clients:- Any problems with shipping, lost item etc, you will need to raise a claim via eBay. We can then advise you on this but it may have to be referred to eBay for final decisions. This is dependant on claim type, as some are our responsibility and some eBay. Sorry if this is complex but it's how it is.

Returns:- please contact us to discuss your concerns first. We pay for your return shipping costs in the UK only, not Europe and USA. So please before committing to buy, ask us any questions regarding, size, condition colour etc that may affect your enjoyment of the item.

All items are antique or vintage and will have had a life. We try to find all faults but are human so sometimes we miss a thing. Please contact us if you find a discrepancy to our description.
