Expedited shipping to USA with tracking number is $25.  Shipping within Canada is $20 in a flat rate box and tracking number.  I do combine shipping.  I do combine shipping, 3 single issues can combine for the 1 issue shipping cost.  If Ebay completes the automatic check out, I will refund the shipping difference back to you.  If your order is quite large, I will do same, after I review the combined shipping cost at the post office.  I am not responsible for additional charges by Ebay when it comes to taxation.
