This was a Kodak picture improvement kit that was purchased for a Canon EOS Rebel X about 20 years ago. 

The kit included a 52MM UV Protector Filter, a 52MM Circular Polarizer Filter, a 49MM to 52MM Step Up Ring (which enabled you to use the 52MM filters on a 49MM threaded lens) and an extra lens cap.

We were going on a vacation but the filters didn't arrive on time so I just put them in a case and found them last week.  I am sure they are somewhat dirty from being in a case for 20 years or so (don't have my cleaning equipment any longer) but I don't see any defects.

The Circular Polarizer was made in Japan and the UV Protection Filter was made in the USA..

The lens cap says made in Taiwan.  I don't see any writing on the adapter ring but it is quality aluminum.

The whole set comes in a plastic sleeve that it originally came in.  I cut the original package to show the info I have posted here.
