Vintage Kangol Anglobasque beret, made in Cleator, Cumberland, England.   Difficult to date exactly, because this style was made by Kangol from the 1930s onwards.  I would guess this hat was probably made around the 1960s - but this is a ROUGH estimate.

Size  9.5 inch crown.  The beret measures 9.5 inches across the diameter.  The central "gap" measures 5.25 inch diameter.  This is an extra small size for ladies, or would be suitable for children.

Condition:  Unused vintage beret, many decades old, never used but with some damage (probably moths).  There are one or two surface moth holes as shown - these don't go all the way through - and the hat looks a little threadbare in places.  It isn't smart enough for ordinary use, but might come in handy as part of a genuine vintage costume or display.
