This was bought at the CAPCOM Store in Shibuya, Japan.

It's a pouch with a window depicting the classic battle with the Yellow Devil from the first Mega/Rock Man.

It's an interesting item, kind of like an animation cel. I'm not sure what it's intended purpose is, maybe to hold coins?
