Issues #1, #2 and #4 are in VF 8.0 range, and Issue #3 has some water damage on back cover, so a VG 4.0 range.  All grades are fair estimates, please take a look at pics. Expedited shipping to USA with tracking number is $25.  Shipping within Canada is $20 in a flat rate box and tracking number.  I do combine shipping.  If Ebay completes the automatic check out, I will refund the shipping difference back to you.  If your order is quite large, I will do same, after I review the combined shipping cost at the post office.  I am not responsible for additional charges by Ebay when it comes to taxation.
