How to Ship It

Package your laptop well using a shipping box. Pack Well. You are responsible for any damage, loss or delivery issues to us. Using a plain cardboard box with bubble wrap and wrap all corners well. The box should be big enough to comfortably fit the laptop and padding. If you need to obtain supplies, a USPS Store, UPS Store, FedEx Store or similar establishment is an efficient place to do so. They will also be more than happy to pack and ship your item, but you will save money by packing it yourself.

Step 2: We Diagnose It

We will run a full diagnostic that matches your indicated problems (and in most cases) and typically within 24 hours you will receive the repair diagnosis and a complete written repair estimate in eBay messaging and an email and text if you provided the info.

If you choose not to move forward with repairs a fee of $59 will be needed to return your laptop. This includes return US domestic shipping. An ad just for you will be made on eBay for you to pay and have your laptop shipped back to you.

If you choose to have your laptop repaired. An ad just for you will be made on eBay for you to pay, parts will be ordered if needed and when repairs are done your laptop will be shipped back to you. We will keep you posted on timeframe and feel free to ask anytime.

Repairs are typically completed within 4 to 7 working days depending on parts delivery and your repaired computer is promptly shipped back to you.

HOW THE SERVICE WORKS:

• Once we receive your laptop, you will be notified.
• Once we have an estimate, we will message you with the cost including return shipping. An eBay ad will be made for you to pay for repairs. Once payment is received repairs will start and parts will be ordered if needed.
• In the event you don’t want to repair an ad will be made for payment for the cost to return the laptop and diagnostic fee. This is normally $59.
• We pay technicians to diagnose or repair. No laptops will be sent back without payment and if not paid within 30 days will be sold.
• Once your laptop has been repaired or you just want it returned and it has been paid for you are given a tracking number so you can monitor your laptop as it is being shipped back to you. Please contact us at any time with questions.

• This is a mail-in service for a laptop repair service. We don't need the original box or anything else except for the Laptop & Charger. We don't require the system to be insured; however damage or loss incurred during shipping will be the shippers responsibility. Limited Warranty:

• 90-day Warranty on Parts and Labor only for the performed repair. (Covers only manufacturer defects in replacement parts and/or defects from installation error. Accidental damage not covered. Not covered are software issues from malware once you received laptop back. Malware is something that you knowingly or unknowingly click on to install. We can fix it, but it’s on you if you get it. Places like Facebook games, ads and questionable sites are filled with these things.
