The 1983 Cat in the Hat black plush does not have the Umbrella. The grey Cat in the Hat plush is from 1979.  Both are between 24" and 25" tall. The Grey Cat has a little wear on his hat. And both have discoloration due to its age. Which I consider the "VINTAGE" look. Both are priceless.
