Sterling Silver Rhodium Plated Mixed Stone 3 Strand Stud Earrings. The stones look to be man-made. There are white CZs, blue stones with different shades, and turquoise color stones in the center.  

They are in excellent condition. 

Together they weigh 6.6 grams. They measure about 1 inch to bottom and 11/16 inches wide.
