BIG TROUBLE IN LITTLE CHINA (1986)

Lobby Cards were just one of the ways movie studios would introduce film goers to upcoming movie releases. Measuring 11” x 14", Lobby Cards were frequently comprised of a set of 8 different scenes from the film, and would be displayed in theater lobbies alongside one-sheets for upcoming features. In an attempt not to give too much away, the official studio Lobby Card images didn’t always showcase the most memorable scenes from the films they were promoting. Lobby cards eventually became mostly obsolete with the changes in the advertising of films and the change in theater displays in the lobby.

These 11x14 Fantasy Movie Prints are a contemporary attempt to rectify that — by offering fans the images that will bring back fond memories of their favorite films, designed in a retro-style of classic Lobby Cards.
