Very rare.
2 Japanese Seki Sakai or STRONLITE Tinplate O Gauge Pressed Steel Flat car with pipes and a Tank car Freight Cars

I'm not sure if they are:  Seki, Sakai or STRONLITE, as the co. reportedly made differently made/marked trains for domestic and exported sales around the world.   The cars have no visible markings or brand name as to who exactly made them.  I think they were made before WWII in any case and more likely by Seki, a co. long out of business.
Both Cars are about 7 1/4" long

The flat car looks to have been repainted and It is missing the couplings
The trucks seem to have brass, or brass plated leaf type springs and journal bearing caps.
The side posts keeping the pipes in place look to be brass.

The tank car looks to have its original paint and all its original parts.

Sold as is, as shown.
