Like Jean Dubuffet, I believe objects have power.

In my 'Perambulations" series, each found object is carefully placed for maximum impact in creating the primary emotion of the work.

This piece represents the attempt to find a way to not only get through each day, but have a little bit extra enjoyment (the whistle). Because if there's not that little bit of fun, what are we really doing here?
