  • Beschreibung: Arkadische Küstenlandschaft mit Ruinen eines antiken Tempels. Auf dem Wasser kleinere Segelschiffe oder Boote. Aufgrund des Monogramms galt das Blatt früher als Arbeit von Andreas Achenbach.

  • Description: Arcadian coastal landscape with ruins of an ancient temple. Small sailing ships or boats on the water. Due to the monogram, the sheet was once considered a work by Andreas Achenbach.

  • Condition: Challenging condition. Significantly browned and damaged along the right edge of the sheet. Traces of creasing and marginal tear at upper right. Damage to the surface along the edge. Restored marginal tear lower left. Fine creases along the upper edge of the sheet. Traces of old mounting on verso.
