The regulator was manufactured in 2016. It was put into service for 3 years and was then removed. I installed Natural Gas and had to

change out the regulator. It has been on the shelf for a couple years. It worked perfect when it was taken out of service. The ends have 

been covered to prevent any debris from getting inside. It has some wrench marks on the front from when it was removed. Please see 

all 11 photos for condition. The regulator should be installed by a qualified LP gas person only!
