Beautiful “G” rhinestones older used there is peeling of coating on outer side one patch then bubbling another patch, like the outside coating is coming off, the buckle itself is great though. All rhinestones intact on buckle. Measures 40” not including buckle so probably fits up to 36”. You can buy this for the buckle itself!
